Pro America Store wants you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase! Upon receiving your order,
please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please
contact the returns department at 1-877-791-4975 for return
instructions.
RETURNS
At Pro America Store, we take pride not
only in our country but also in our products and want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely
satisfied for any reason, please return the unused merchandise
within 60 days of the date it was shipped to you, and we will issue
a refund or make the exchange of your choice. A refund of the
purchase price less shipping and handling will be made using the
same method and to the same credit card used on the original order.
Returned defective or used merchandise will be inspected, and a
handling fee of up to 20% may be charged. Refused Shipments are
subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & handling will not be
refunded on Refused Shipments.

Please indicate the reason for the return
and the action to be taken (exchange or refund). For your
protection, please insure your package for its full value.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept parcels sent freight collect or COD.
ProAmericaStore retains the sole and complete
discretion to authorize (or refuse to authorize) the return of any
product purchased by Customer.
When returning
apparel, make sure it is in new, unworn condition, in the original
package with all liners and tags attached. If you have any questions

All special
orders are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
You should expect to
receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to Pro
America Store; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more
quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to
receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the
time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5
business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our
refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail
of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
DAMAGED GOODS.
Products sold by Pro America Store are covered against defects by
manufacturers' warranties. Damaged goods will be replaced at
no charge. However, customers MUST contact Pro America Store to
notify us of receipt of a damaged item within 72 hours after
delivery, so that a Return Authorization Number can be issued.
DAMAGED GOODS MAY NOT BE SENT BACK WITHOUT A RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER!
Upon receipt of a damaged item(s), Pro America Store will issue a
replacement within 3-5 business days as long as the product is not
on back order.
Should you experience any
product defects outside of our return period, you will need to
contact the manufacturer. If there is no warranty information
included with the product or if you have any questions, please call
1-877-791-3075.
LIMITATION ON DAMAGES. Pro America Store will not be liable
for any loss of profit, interruption of business or any other
special, consequential or incidental damages suffered or sustained
by Customer. Any and all damages incurred by Customer (or allegedly
incurred by Customer) shall, in any and all cases, be limited to the
refund of the purchase price of the product purchased by Customer
(provided that all of the terms and conditions herein are
satisfied).
By placing an order for products through Pro America
Store.com, Customer acknowledges and understands that Pro America
Store is not the manufacturer of any product purchased by Customer
and that Pro America Store’s role is that of an authorized
distributor of the products available for purchase on the Pro
America Store website.
In no event shall Pro America Store be liable for
any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential
damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation,
damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any
way connected with the any product offered for sale on this web
site, or otherwise arising out of the use of this site, whether
based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise,
even if Pro America Store has been advised of the possibility of
damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental
damages, the above limitation may not apply to the Customer.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND
CONDITIONS. The Terms and Conditions of contained herein are the
exclusive terms and conditions for the sale of products from Pro
America Store to Customer through ProAmericaStore.com or other Pro
America Store web sites. Customer agrees that the terms and
conditions stated herein constitute the final, complete, exclusive
expression of the agreement between Pro America Store and Customer.
Customer, by submitting any order or request for an order, hereby
agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein and acknowledges
that Customer has read and understands the same. In the event that
any Customer instruction, request, purchase order or any other
information and/or documentation submitted by Customer may contain
terms and conditions in addition to or different from the terms and
conditions herein, Customer agrees, by so submitting its order or by
accepting products from Pro America Store, that the language of the
Pro America Store terms and conditions shall solely and exclusively
control. Any and all new or additional terms contained on any
Customer instruction, request, purchase order or any other
information and/or documentation submitted by Customer is hereby
expressly and completely rejected. Acceptance of Customer's order
for products from Pro America Store and ProAmericaStore.com is
expressly limited to these terms and conditions. By submitting an
order, requesting to purchase any product, or taking receipt of Pro
America Store products, Customer consents to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of
Iowa.
If Customer does not wish to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions, Customer should not submit any order or make any type of
purchase and should exit all web sites related to Pro America Store
